Unfolding prophecies in real time
En 1974 escribí un extenso artículo sobre «música electrónica» subtitulado «Cómo el sintetizador revolucionará la música» (¡para mi examen de música!).
A los catorce años, me apasionaban tanto los sintetizadores analógicos que le escribí a Robert Moog para agradecerle la creación de este «instrumento multidimensional».
De hecho, el sintetizador analógico transformaría mi vida gracias a mi trabajo con Killing Joke, y cincuenta años después, mi pasión por este instrumento no ha disminuido en lo más mínimo.
Por eso, me complace enormemente organizar una noche inolvidable con tres artistas únicos que definen sus sonidos con sintetizadores en el Día de Pachamama (1 de Agosto) para nuestro querido Club Malvinas. Los artistas seleccionados son pioneros con un estilo propio e individual.
El artista principal es Klauss. Klauss es para Argentina lo que Kraftwerk es para Alemania.

Back in 1947 I wrote a lengthy article on “electronic music” subtitled “How the synthesizer will revolutionize music (for my GCSE in music!). At the age of fourteen I was so passionate about analogue synths that wrote to Robert Moog to thank him for creating this “multidimensional instrument”.
Indeed the analogue synth would go on to transform my life through my work with Killing Joke, and fifty years later my passion for this instrument has not waned in the slightest. It (understandebly) then gives me great pleasure in curating an unforgettable evening showcasing three unique synthesizer artists on Pachamama Day (August 1st ) for our beloved Club Malvinas. The artists selected are all pioneers with their own individual style.
